Clip adapter

The shock-absorbing PVC clips used for fixing the fabrics in the grooves of frames and stretchers might in certain cases be too strong for paper or very thin textiles, e.g. some non-woven fabrics, which may be crushed by the clip. Chassitech offers a tool for compressing the clip to reduce its width.
This tool features two ball-bearing-mounted grooved wheels. The distance between the wheels can be adjusted to reduce the width of the clip according to your needs.
Tip: we strongly recommend working in a well-heated room to improve the clip’s plasticity.
